We are excited to open the interest list for The Ives a little earlier than anticipated! Initial move-ins are now expected July 2024.
The Ives features one-bedroom homes open to households earning at or below 60% AMI ($59,580 for a household of two). If you, your friends, family, or clients are interested, please visit www.theivesfrh.com and click 'Login' then 'Applicant' to complete a preliminary application and join the interest list. AVi at Olde Town
This community finished development in January 2023 in the heart of Arvada's Olde Town. AVi features 100 units for households making 30-70% AMI. 30 units will be reserved for former foster youth facing housing insecurity and 10 units are reserved for unhoused veterans.

Vance Street LoftsThis Wheat Ridge community features new amenities, inside and out. Units offer stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and balconies. The property offers a dog-washing station, off-street parking, and a picnic area.

The Ives is a transit-oriented community located off of Wadsworth in Wheat Ridge. This beautiful community will offer 50 one-bedroom units to residents earning under 60% AMI. Half of the units will have Project-Based Vouchers to ensure affordability for extremely low-income households and be filled through priority referral in partnership with Jefferson Center for Mental Health. The community will feature ample meeting space, a community garden, and high end finishes throughout. The Ives will be completed in 2024. Stay tuned for updates!
